General Terms and Conditions

Object:

The purpose of this document is to regulate the General Conditions of the Contracting of Room Reservation services through the Hotel Valencia Ferrol website provided by the company Hotel Enrique I S.L. with NIF: B15716327 and address at Ctra. De Catabois 390 - 15406 - Ferrol. The terms "You" and "User" are used here to refer to all individuals who for any reason access www.hotelvalenciaferrol.com (hereinafter, the web) or use the services provided on the portal.

The use of these services shall imply the full and unreserved acceptance and validity of each and every one of the General Terms and/or Conditions, which shall be considered automatically incorporated into the contract signed with Hotel Valencia Ferrol, without the need for its written transcription in the same, contained in the latest updated version of these General Terms and/or Conditions.

Availability consultation services:

The availability consultation services on the web are merely informative, and are only intended to offer the user the possibility of consulting the availability of a room in the hotel.

In no case will an agreement between the user and the hotel be considered signed if the payment details are not entered and the transaction is not confirmed.

The availability consultation service will be carried out through the reservation system and authorized availability consultation, in external servers to Hotel Valencia Ferrol, through a redirection that will be announced through a message in javascript code, so you must have this functionality enabled in your browser.

Reservation services:

The purpose of the reservation service is to book a room at Hotel Valencia Ferrol. The use of the reservation services will imply the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the general terms and conditions, which will be considered automatically incorporated into the contract signed with Hotel Valencia Ferrol, so that it is not necessary to include them in writing, being accessible from the latest version of these general conditions.

The booking process begins with the acceptance of an availability inquiry, by clicking "Book" on the availability inquiry form, which will lead to the second step in which the customer's personal and bank details must be entered to charge for the services.

Contracting procedure: When using the service, the user will receive a confirmation email which will include the confirmation that your purchase order is in the process of confirmation. Once the corresponding charge for your reservation has been made, you will receive an email confirming it, this email will serve as proof of your reservation.

Guarantee: The reservation is confirmed and guaranteed from the moment the credit card is validated.

Cancellations after 12:00 noon on the day prior to check-in will incur a cancellation fee of one night's room charge.

Prices per room per night: prices are only valid in writing and for the period indicated therein. When there are justifiable reasons, Hotel Valencia Ferrol reserves the right to modify these rates without prior notice. The valid prices are only those indicated during the booking process. VAT is applied to the prices. At no time it is assured that the prices advertised on the website of the hotel in the "Reservations" section, are updated, they are merely indicative.

The user agrees to use the services in accordance with the law, morality, good customs and public order, as well as with the provisions of these Terms and / or General Conditions of Contract. Consequently, it is obliged not to use the services for illegal purposes or effects and / or contrary to the provisions of these Terms and / or General Conditions of contracting, harmful to the rights and / or interests of others or that, in any way, Hotel Valencia Ferrol and / or its image.

Hotel Valencia Ferrol may, for greater agility and for the benefit of users, unilaterally modify, at any time and without notice, the services provided, or the Conditions of operation, technical and use of services. This contract constitutes the complete and integral expression of the agreement between Hotel Valencia Ferrol and the user, and replaces all previous pacts, commitments, representations or agreements, both written and oral, that have previously existed between them.

Language:
